Little Annie’s Hope Train is based out of Mentor, Ohio and assists the homeless, the hungry, and those in need.
The organization helps stock 19 free outdoor food pantries in Lake and Geauga counties.
People can leave food in the pantries to help out or can take food if they're in need.
